Don’t you want S’mores
Doesn’t fall make you think of time with family, snuggling around a warm fire, and S’mores? This simple to make S’mores dessert will satisfy your craving for marshmallows and chocolate any time!!
No Bake S’mores Bars
- 3 TBS unsalted butter
- Pinch of salt
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 3 – 1.55 oz Hershey’s Milk chocolate bars, broken into individual pieces
First spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Then in a large stock pot, melt the butter and salt over medium heat. Once these are melted, add 4 cups of the mini marshmallows and stir until melted. Then remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the cereal. Next add the remaining marshmallows and half of the chocolate bars. Stir lightly to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press until level across the top. Add the remaining chocolate and a few extra marshmallows to the top and press into the mixture.
For the perfect final touch, take a lighter and melt the chocolate just a little on top and toast the marshmallows!
Allow to sit for several hours at room temperature until firm or place in the fridge for at least an hour. Cut into bars to serve.
